Various reports have been used to create this list, with aggregation news service Verbal Commits serving as the primary source, unless otherwise noted.The 15-day spring portal for men’s basketball officially opened Tuesday and closes April 21.Players are permitted to withdraw from the portal at any time — and conversely can commit to a new school at any time — but may only enter the transfer portal during those dates.

The portal will close at midnight EDT on April 21.
