[Image Credit: Daniel Boczarski / Getty Images for The Recording Academy] Early predictions for the 2027 Grammy Awards are in, and it looks like Taylor Swift may not have as much momentum as originally thought. Some Swifties were surprised that the 14-time Grammy winner wasn’t nominated for the 2026 Grammys, but that’s because her album “The Life of a Showgirl” was released in October 2025, several months after the late August eligibility window. That said, her twelfth studio album will very much be a contender for the upcoming 2027 Grammys, though some believe that there are other artists that could beat Swift for Record of the Year, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year.

The 69th Grammy Awards is scheduled to air on February 7, 2027 at its new home on ABC, Hulu, and Disney+. Early Grammy predictions favor Olivia Dean, Raye, and Bruno Mars According to early poll results for 2027 Grammy nominations on GoldDerby, Taylor Swift will have stiff competition against the likes of Olivia Dean, Raye, Olivia Rodrigo, and Bruno Mars. While these are not odds on who will outright win the major awards at the ceremony, it shows that it’s very tight at the top.

The results below come from a combined poll, as of April 21, between editors and users on who they believe will be nominated for a 2027 Grammy (experts have yet to weigh in on their predictions). We have only included artists, song, and albums that received at least 5% of the vote, or the list would get very long. Note that the eligibility window for the 69th Grammy Awards runs from August 31, 2025 to August 30, 2026.

However, betters believe that Bruno Mars’ “The Romantics” has a higher 94% chance to be nominated for Album of the Year over Taylor Swift’s “The Life of Showgirl” at 86%.
