Meanwhile, both Joseph and his wife Kendra were arrested in Arkansas for four counts of false imprisonment and four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. All the legal trouble has been SO icky, and yet Kendra is standing by her husband’s side through it all.

The Caldwells have been living in a home owned by Joseph, and they’re now frantically raising money to move!

Her father Paul Caldwell started a GoFundMe asking for help with “urgent moving and resettlement costs.” They’re clearly trying to distance themselves from the Duggars amid this mess — and yet Kendra isn’t! Speaking to Us Weekly on Monday, an insider claimed: “I don’t know if it’s fear or naivete, but Kendra has totally sided with the Duggars and not her family. She is brainwashed.” Jeez!

The insider added that “not many people are there to help” Kendra’s family and the Duggars have “not stepped up at all.” The source added: “I can’t believe how [the Duggars] have treated [the Caldwells]. They want them out. They had the lights and electricity cut off from the house they are in.

It’s awful. They are trying to get out.” WTF! That’s harsh! Is it because they fear what the Caldwells will share publicly?

According to the confidant, Kendra’s mom Christina is “not hiding the fact” that Joseph’s alleged victim is close to the family. Oof. The source furthered: “She has told other members of their church, but she is not sure she wants to talk about it so publicly.

That is what she is struggling with, but she is not hiding it.” The source claimed the sexual assault occurred while Joseph was on a vacation with Kendra and her family — none of the other Duggars were present. As for the teenager, the insider said: “I don’t know if [the alleged victim] knew what happened at the time. I think as years passed, she understood more and got the courage to tell her family.

Just like the police report says, when she told her family, they acted on it. It took a lot for her to come forward. But she is not scared.

She is strong. She doesn’t want to hide.” Sending her so much love and light right now. It is not easy to speak out. We hope she’s getting all the support she needs as she processes this trauma.

As for the move, a source previously shared with the outlet: “Right now, Christina and Paul are doing everything they can for their family. They want to get out of there and get away [from the Duggars]. How would you feel if every place you went, you ran into someone you didn’t want to see?

There are so many of them. They just need to be out of there.” So tough. Thoughts? Why do U think Kendra is siding so strongly with the Duggars?
