However, as he has failed to spark a real turnaround, a change is widely expected in the summer.So far, however, Real Madrid have yet to make contact with Hoeneß or Stuttgart, as per the report.With Hoeneß under contract until 2028 and without a release clause, Real Madrid would have to pay a transfer fee to secure his services, should it come to that.According to Sport Bild, Real Madrid first took serious notice of the Stuttgart coach and his philosophy during a Champions League match in September 2024. Real won 3-1 thanks to two late goals in a closely contested match where Stuttgart impressed against the Spanish favourites.Chelsea and Manchester United have previously been linked with Hoeneß, who joined Stuttgart from Hoffenheim in April 2023.
