Raise Financial Services, the parent company of brokerage firm Dhan, has acquired Stratzy, an algorithmic investing and trading platform in a cash & stock deal of undisclosed value.This acquisition expands the portfolio of offerings from Raise Financial Services which include Dhan, Fuzz AI, Upsurge, Filter Coffee. According to a statement, Strazy has over 100 approved multi-asset algorithms across equity, indices, F&O and commodities. It further noted that the platform simplifies algorithmic trading by enabling users to invest & trade in curated, ready-to-deploy strategies.Raise Financial Services aims to expand its platform and product offerings to the users driven by a mix of Quant, AI and System driven approaches.“Algorithmic trading framework in India is now very well defined by exchange and is expected to see higher levels of adoption by retail traders in coming years.
