It’s the rubber match.

(Photo by Eakin Howard/USSF/Getty Images) | Getty Images The United States Women’s National Team have the finale of their 3-match series with Japan tonight when they meet in suburban Denver to close out the April international window. The USWNT won the first match last Saturday, while Japan got a 1-0 victory on Tuesday in Seattle. The rubber match should be one where both teams throw everything out there to try and get the win, which will hopefully make the game entertaining from an offensive standpoint.

Having this third look will allow Emma Hayes to make even more evaluations of her players and which combinations are the best ones. Japan will once again be strong, and they hope to close out the window with a message to the rest of the world that they’re back and should be viewed as a legit contender for the Women’s World Cup. American fans already knew that, and the players did as well.

This will make tonight’s match a great one to watch as the two giants have a Mile High battle.LineupsUnited States lineup: The Starters in Colorado 🏔️USWNT x The @HomeDepotpic.twitter.com/RRje1Ut5My— U.S. Women's National Soccer Team (@USWNT) April 18, 2026Japan lineup: 🔹なでしこジャパン🔹📝LINE-UP📝🆚アメリカ女子代表🇺🇸12 平尾知佳(GK)2 清水梨紗4 熊谷紗希6 古賀塔子7 宮澤ひなた9 植木理子13 北川ひかる14 長谷川唯(C)15 藤野あおば16 山本柚月19 谷川萌々子𝐒𝐔𝐁🔄1 山下杏也加(GK)23 大熊茜(GK)3 南萌華10 長野風花11 田中美南17… pic.twitter.com/JwjERIaH1x— JFAなでしこサッカー (@jfa_nadeshiko) April 18, 2026How to WatchUSWNT vs. JapanAdvertised Kick-off Time: 9:00pm Eastern, 6:00pm PacificVenue: Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, Commerce CityAvailable TV: TNT (English), truTV (English), Universo (Spanish)Available streaming: HBO Max (English), Peacock (Spanish), FuboTV (Free Trial)This thread will be your match thread.
