Let's do a quick NFL Draft mock update after the Giants-Bengals trade.

The 2026 NFL Draft just got a major update with the New York Giants trading away defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence for the Cincinnati Bengals' 10th overall pick. What could the draft's first 10 picks look like with the Giants now positioned twice before selection 11? We've decided to do a flash min-mock draft to reflect how we feel the NFL Draft's first round might go, at least through the 10th pick that New York now holds. Who might the Giants draft?

This isn't nearly as extensive as our Christian D'Andrea's excellent two-round NFL mock, but maybe this will scratch the itch in imagining how Thursday night might go in the draft's first 10 picks. Let's take a quick look, shall we? 1. Las Vegas Raiders - QB Fernando Mendoza, Indiana We know Mendoza is going at the top of the draft.

No big surprise here. 2. New York Jets - OLB David Bailey, Texas Tech All signs point to New York sticking around at No. 2 and taking Bailey, the tenacious pass-rusher out of Texas Tech. 3. TRADE - Kansas City Chiefs - OLB Arvell Reese, Ohio State The Chiefs trade up with the Arizona Cardinals and snag the super-talented Reese, who could give Steve Spagnuolo a versatile chess piece who could be used like Micah Parsons. 4.

Tennessee Titans - RB Jeremiyah Love, Notre Dame The Titans can't resist what Love could bring to their offense. Quarterback Cam Ward could thrive with an elite running game spearheaded by Love. Perhaps Tony Pollard gets traded during the draft? 5.

New York Giants - WR Jordyn Tyson, Arizona State The Giants go ahead and get Tyson, an ideal compliment to Malik Nabers, in the building before another team drafts him. Tyson going ahead of Carnell Tate might shock some folks. If the Giants love him, it's possible. 6.

TRADE - Dallas Cowboys - LB Sonny Styles, Ohio State The Cowboys trade up with the Cleveland Browns to get the new field general for their defense in Styles, who has All-Pro potential.7. Washington Commanders - WR Carnell Tate, Ohio State The Commanders pounce on Tate to balance their passing game opposite Terry McLaurin. He'd make a clear difference for quarterback Jayden Daniels. 8.

New Orleans Saints - DE Rueben Bain Jr., Miami The Saints add the ferocious Bain to their defensive line as the team's long-term Cam Jordan replacement. 9. Arizona Cardinals (via KC) - OT Francis Mauigoa, Miami The Cardinals still get the player they could reasonably take at the third spot with Mauigoa, who would slot in as the Day 1 starting right tackle in the most ideal scenario. 10. New York Giants - OT Spencer Fano, Utah The Giants double down on offense and add Fano, who would give John Harbaugh and company some peace of mind at right tackle with Jaxson Dart's concussion history.

The team can focus on defense later in the draft. This article originally appeared on For The Win: 2026 NFL mock draft: Top 10 update after Giants-Bengals trade
