Ras Al Khaimah: A 13-year-old Emirati boy died after drowning off the coast of Ras Al Khaimah on Tuesday afternoon, moments after rescuing his 7-year-old sister from the sea, in a tragic incident that has left the community in mourning.The boy managed to save his younger sister from drowning.
