What Alan Ritchson movie is available on Peacock today? 2024’s Ordinary Angels is officially available on Peacock now. The movie is directed by Jon Gunn from a screenplay written by Meg Tilly and Kelly Fremon Craig.

Alongside Swank and Ritchson, the movie also stars Nancy Travis, Tamala Jones, Amy Acker, Drew Powell, Skywalker Hughes, and Emily Mitchell. The movie is based on true events that took place during the North American cold wave in 1994, and follows the story of a hairdresser who helps a father save his critically ill daughter who needs an immediate liver transplant during a snowstorm. “Based on a remarkable true story, Ordinary Angels centers on Sharon, a fierce but struggling hairdresser in small-town Kentucky who discovers a renewed sense of purpose when she meets Ed, a widower working hard to make ends meet for his two daughters,” reads the film’s official synopsis.

“With his youngest daughter waiting for a liver transplant, Sharon sets her mind to helping the family and will move mountains to do it. What unfolds is the inspiring tale of faith, everyday miracles, and ordinary angels.” It is produced by Kingdom Story Company’s Kevin Downes, Jon Erwin, and Andrew Erwin, along with Roy Lee, ATO Pictures’ Dave Matthews, Stampede Ventures’ Jon Berg, Green Hummingbird Entertainment’s David Beal and Sarah Johnson, and Jonathan Dorfman.
