Henry Cavill will always be inseparable from his role as Superman in Zack Snyder’s DCEU, but now that David Corenswet has taken over the role in James Gunn’s DCU, Cavill has moved on with plenty of other projects in the last few years. At one point, Cavill occupied the role of Geralt of Rivia in Netflix’s Witcher series, but after three full seasons, he departed the show and passed the mantle to Liam Hemsworth, who starred in the fourth season last year and will headline Season 5. Back in 2024, Cavill teamed up with Guy Ritchie for the hit WWII action epic, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, which co-stars Reacher's Alan Ritchson. Despite strong reviews and star power, the film underperformed at the box office, earning only $29 million against a $60 million budget.
