A new update from prosecutors in Australia says Katy Perry will NOT be protected by statute of limitations if the allegations from Ruby Rose go to court. According to what Jacqueline Harris, a rep for the Office of Public Prosecution in Victoria, Australia, told TMZ, if prosecutors find evidence for a crime following Ruby’s disturbing allegations, this could be a full-blown court case. Katy could even be facing charges, if the investigation finds anything against her.
