Moving further into the 2020s, superhero movies continue to be some of the biggest driving forces for Hollywood, both in the streaming world and in theaters at the box office. Just this year, both Marvel and DC have two new theatrical releases in line, which will start with Milly Alcock's Supergirl in June and continue for the DCU with Tom Rhys Harries's Clayface in October. Then, Marvel will up the ante even further with Tom Holland's Spider-Man: Brand New Day before December delivers what could be the biggest superhero movie in history, Avengers: Doomsday.
