In the last few years alone, several emulators have gotten more sophisticated, providing increasingly complex features and even easier use of access. RPCS3 might be the biggest example of this rise, with the emulator going from a concept of being able to play the PlayStation 3's massive library on PC to actually being able to play the vast majority of the games without problems.
