Five or six years ago, Alan Ritchson was relatively unheard of, especially when compared to the massive level of fame he’s accrued now. Most of this newfound fame can be attributed to his role in Reacher, the hit Prime Video series, which has aired three seasons in the last few years, with more confirmed to be on the way. In the last few years, Ritchson has also starred in high-profile films, including The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare,written and directed by Guy Ritchie.
Despite the film featuring another massive star, Henry Cavill, it underwhelmed at the box office, failing to recoup even half its budget. Ritchson redeemed himself earlier this year with his new Netflix sci-fi movie, War Machine, which was directed by Patrick Hughes and has since become a colossal hit.
