Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FeedCast(the “Service”) — whether through www.feedcast.news, a mobile application, or any related product — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
FeedCastis a news, radio, and podcast aggregator. It pulls article headlines from publicly available RSS feeds, streams live radio from broadcasters’ own servers via the public Radio-Browser directory, plays podcast episodes directly from publishers’ feeds, and offers in-browser text-to-speech. The Service is provided free of charge and contains no paid tier or in-app purchases.
3. Accounts
An account is optional. You may use the Service anonymously; creating an account only enables cross-device sync of preferences, bookmarks, and custom RSS feeds.
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area) to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
4. Your Content (Custom RSS Feeds)
The Service lets you add custom RSS feed URLs from Settings → My Feed. These URLs and the content they return are stored and displayed only in your own account. They are not shared with other users, not aggregated into public surfaces, and not included in newsletter digests.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to subscribe to any feed you add.
- The URLs you add do not violate any law, intellectual property right, or third party’s privacy.
- You will not use custom RSS to knowingly fetch illegal content, malware, or content that violates these Terms.
You can remove any custom RSS feed at any time in Settings. We may also remove feeds flagged as abusive, illegal, or harmful at our discretion, without prior notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service in ways that degrade performance for others.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or circumvent any part of the Service.
- Upload custom RSS feed URLs that contain or deliver malware, phishing content, child sexual abuse material, or content promoting violence or self-harm.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Resell or redistribute the Service or its content without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Third-Party Content
All articles, live radio streams, and podcast episodes displayed in FeedCastoriginate from independent third-party publishers and broadcasters. Clicking an article opens the publisher’s own website. Audio is streamed directly from the broadcaster or podcast host, not proxied through our servers.
FeedCastdoes not create, edit, or endorse third-party content. We do not guarantee its accuracy, legality, or availability. Your use of third-party content is governed by the publisher’s own terms and privacy policies.
See the Disclaimer for additional details.
7. Intellectual Property
The FeedCast name, logo, and software are our intellectual property. Third-party content retains its original copyright and belongs to its respective publishers. If you believe content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, email support@feedcast.news with details of the work and the specific feed or URL. We investigate and act on legitimate complaints.
8. Availability & Changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, remove, or change features at any time. Content availability depends on third-party publishers and can change without notice. We are not responsible for feeds that become unavailable or change their content.
9. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedCast disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedCast, its operators, and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) or the amount you have paid us in the last twelve months, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeedCast and its operators from any claim, loss, or liability arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or the custom content you add through the Service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, our users, or third parties. Account deletion permanently removes your preferences, bookmarks, and custom feeds as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
