Sableye is all set to make its debut in Pokémon Pokopia as part of a new event that will occupy a major part of May, and there's plenty for the players to enjoy. This will be the second major in-game event since the game's global launch. Let's quickly look at all the new items that will be part of Sableye's Gem Hunt event.

Some of these items will be required for building Sableye's habitat, so they will be must have. The other items can also prove to be quite useful based on your in-game needs.

The Oil Lantern is also important if you are about to explore a dark place but don't have a light source. The items you redeem will also largely depend on how many Red Crystal Fragments you manage to mine.
To obtain Red Crystals, you'll need to explore the cave system in a Dream Island. You'll also need to use Rock Smash to break the clusters and farm the Red Crystal Fragments. The amount you get will depend on your luck, but the deeper you go, the more fragments you'll get.

You'll also need to have access to the Dream Islands and at least one Pokémon Center rebuilt. Head to the Pokémon Center, and you'll find the Sableye.
While the requirements for Sableye's habitat have been mentioned above, you can only assign it a home after the event is over. Until then, it will live inside the Pokémon Center.
