One of the greatest sci-fi action movies of all-time is a free streaming success, 39 years after it was first released. The 1980s were a golden age of science fiction and action movies. The Thing, The Terminator, Blade Runner, Aliens, RoboCop, They Live, and so, so many more all made the '80s an iconic decade in the two genres' history.
Several of those movies went on to start billion dollar franchises, like Terminator and Alien. But, you can't discuss iconic 80s sci-fi action movies without another Arnold Schwarzenegger gem, especially as its franchise has been brought back from the brink of death, and is cool once again.
