With The Legend of Zelda franchise celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, it is no wonder that Nintendo has worked on bringing fans countless remakes and remasters over recent years as a way to bring the beloved series to the modern era of gaming. Titles such as The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, which first launched back in 1993, received a HD remake for the Nintendo Switch back in 2019, allowing original fans to see a new-and-improved version of a childhood classic whilst also introducing the series to a new generation of players.
