The Miami Dolphins added a couple of players that should play immediately and make an impact on this football team.The Dolphins were originally slated to select at #11, but traded back one spot with the Dallas Cowboys and acquired two extra fifth round picks.

The Cowboys selected S Caleb Downs, who many saw as maybe the best player in the draft. The Dolphins chose to pass on that opportunity and selected a huge human being in Alabama OL Kadyn Proctor. Jon-Eric Sullivan stated they wanted to build up the trenches and he kept his word with this selection.

Proctor will likely slide into one of the guard spot and could be a potential replacement for Austin Jackson down the line.The Dolphins then traded up from #30 to #27 with the Houston Texans to select San Diego State CB Chris Johnson.
