Alongside Grace, the ensemble cast also stars Mason Thames (How to Train Your Dragon), Dave Franco (Now You See Me), and Allison Williams (Get Out).

Regretting You explores what’s left behind after a tragedy, the messiness and grief, but also the beauty of life and love.” Regretting You was directed by The Fault in Our Stars filmmaker Josh Boone, with Susan McMartin writing the screenplay. In addition to starring, Williams, Grace, and Franco were also serving as executive producers alongside Hoover, Oliver Berben, Jon D. Wagner, Emily Magee, Pete Chiappetta, Anthony Tittanegro, Andrew Lary, Michael Rothstein, Samuel Hall, and Warren Goz.
It was produced by Brunson Green, Anna Todd, Flavia Viotti, and Robert Kulzer. The movie was a modest box office success despite mixed reviews, and garnered over $90 million at the global box office when it premiered in October 2025.
