Upgrading your PC is supposed to feel rewarding, especially after spending hours poring over spec sheets and YouTube reviews to decide on a new CPU, GPU, RAM, or SSD. Every time you install a new part, you expect to feel the difference almost immediately. But if there's anything that I've learned over the past decade chasing newer hardware, it's that not every upgrade works out exactly like you expected. And that's usually when buyer's remorse kicks in.
