Police charged New Jersey mother Leola Dualuqua of Willingboro with endangering the welfare of a child and leaving a child in an unattended motor vehicle after she left her 14-month-old son in a hot car to gamble inside the Parx Casino in Pennsylvania for over two hours. The child was released to his father.
