Sanjay Dutt’s Aakhri Sawal is steadily building anticipation, emerging as one of the most talked-about upcoming films. Following its announcement, the teaser, released on the occasion of Hanuman Ji Janmotsav, offered an intense window into the history of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Rooted in real events, the film appears to explore controversial themes.
The film also boasts a strong ensemble, with actress Neetu Chandra playing a pivotal role. Speaking ahead of the release, she shared her thoughts about being part of a story that lingers beyond the screen, while also reflecting on collaborating with Dutt and National Award-winning director Abhijeet Mohan Warang. Presented by Nikhil Nanda, the film is produced by Nikhil Nanda and Sanjay Dutt, and co-produced by Puneet Nanda, Dr.
Deepak Singh, Gaurav Dubey, and Ujjwal Anand. The story, screenplay, and dialogues are written by Utkarsh Naithani. The film is set to release in cinemas on May 8, 2026.
