Nintendo seems to be always be in the middle of some lawsuit or another, including a recent lawsuit filed against the United States government based on the impact of unconstitutional tariffs imposed in 2025. Nintendo argued that tariffs impacted the launch of the Nintendo Switch 2 and other products, seeking compensation for the additional costs incurred.
