Right now is a great time to be a fan of Mark Wahlberg, especially thanks to the release of his new Prime Video original movie, Balls Up. The film co-stars Paul Walter Hauser (The Fantastic Four: First Steps) and Sacha Baron Cohen (Ironheart), and after being released straight to streaming on Prime Video last week, the film has yet to be dethroned at the top of streaming charts. Wahlberg is also fresh off the success of another straight-to-streaming movie, The Family Plan 2, which is streaming around the world on Apple TV.
The film is a direct sequel to The Family Plan, and while it did reunite most of its original stars, it also added long-time Game of Thrones veteran Kit Harington to its cast. Wahlberg is also in line for a big year in 2026.
