The Green Bay Packers are signing Louisville linebacker TJ Quinn as an undrafted free agent following the 2026 NFL draft, per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.Quinn (6-0, 225) had a pre-draft visit with the Packers. Dane Brugler of The Athletic ranked Quinn as the No. 38 overall linebacker in the draft class.Quinn produced 289 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, 5.0 sacks, three interceptions, nine pass breakups and one fumble recovery over 54 career games. He led Louisville in tackles during each of the last three seasons.

At his pro day, Quinn ran the 40-yard dash in 4.52 seconds, hit 33" in the vertical leap, covered 10-2 in the broad jump and completed 21 reps on the bench. His Relative Athletic Score is 7.37 out of 10.0.According to Pro Football Focus, Quinn produced 117 stops, or tackles creating a failure for the offense, over 2,167 career snaps. He also created 38 pressures, committed only three penalties and allowed a passer rating of 88.1 into his coverage.

He did miss 40 tackles, or 13 percent of his tackle attempts. Quinn set career bests in run defense grade and coverage grade during the 2025 season.Quinn will join a linebacker group in Green Bay featuring Edgerrin Cooper, Zaire Franklin, Isaiah McDuffie, Ty'Ron Hopper, Nick Niemann and Kristian Welch.
