Matt Damon can expect the biggest hit of his career this summer with Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey. The actor previously worked with Nolan on Interstellar and Oppenheimer, both of which grossed more globally than his biggest hit as a leading man, The Martian. The bar to cross is $630 million, which The Odyssey should be able to generate without much difficulty.
However, in addition to Interstellar and The Martian, Damon has also starred in a handful of more experimental sci-fi titles. One of them, The Adjustment Bureau, is like a feature-length episode of Black Mirror. Damon starred in the movie alongside fellow Oppenheimer cast member Emily Blunt; the movie did well at the box office and received mostly positive reviews. A more offbeat sci-fi movie that he headlined, on the other hand, wasn't as successful.
