A bumper away following celebrated at Torquay ended their regular season campaign with a win [Shutterstock]Torquay United booked a home play-off semi-final after finishing third in National League South following a 2-1 win at Tonbridge Angels.The victory sees the Gulls end the season three points off champions Worthing and one point behind second-placed Hornchurch.It means Torquay - who lost at the same stage last season - will host either fourth-placed Dorking Wanderers or seventh-placed Maidenhead United in the play-off semi-final on Saturday 2 May. The National League South Promotion Final will take place a week later at the home of the highest-ranked team.Neither side created many clearcut chances in a goalless first half at the Longmead Stadium.
