The rules stated it must be an official Vegas jersey to complete the exchange, and added that the fans must cheer on their new team during the Stanley Cup Playoffs.Although its unsaid what will be done with these Vegas jerseys, the team is ok with burning some money to generate some buzz. The Utah jerseys that are given away Friday are free.Due to the location, some Utah residents adopted the Golden Knights as their hockey team, but are ready to make the switch to what is really the hometown team.
